Team Manager

The position of a teammanger is not very common and their tasks differ from each other in many cases. Managers are often also referred to as Community Coordinators or Team Leaders. Mostly they are guiding internal projects, instructing/coaching new admins and leading the whole team or rather build the team.

Board Administrators

The Board Administrators are managing admins on the board. They add forums, ban users or give/take access rights. They also pick new Board Mods to help you out with any problems you might encounter on our board and change the Forums settings. They, however, cannot help you with a complaint about the game itself. You should not be contacting them with a simple problem Moderators can help you with as well.

Game Administrators

The Game Administrator has GO rights in every server the game has. His main job is to pick new GameOperators and Super GameOperators and to keep them busy and check their activity. They, however, are also the link to the programmers and any other GameForge Administrators we may need as Community. You should contact them directly, exception made if you do not receive an answer from a SGO after 48 hours or you have complaint about a SGO.

Super Board Moderators

SMods have the rights Moderators have but in all forums. The SMod takes care of all the Moderators assigned to them. When you have a complaint about a Mod, you may send the complaint to the SMod. SMods are also quite able of removing your sig or even banning your entire account from the forum, if no BoardAdmin is available to do so. They can also change your user title (for special reasons only) and username.

Super Game Operators

The Super GameOperator, or SGO, is responsible for a maximum of 6 Ogame Servers. His job is to handle complaints about the GameOperators, but he also helps the GameOperators in their server, if they suddenly get really busy. The SGO should make sure GameOperators are doing a decent job, handling all questions in a neutral way, as good as they possibly can.

BoardModerators

The BoardModerators look after the forums they are assigned to. They close, give out warnings and edit threads. When you think a moderator closed a thread too early, write a PM to the Mod who closed it. The Moderators are the ones who should visit the board the most, and the ones you'll usually see giving out warnings.

GameOperators

The GOs look after the Server(s) they are assigned to. They ban accounts, help users with problems and anything else that involves their Server. That means that, if you have a problem which really requires a GOs input, you should check this post to see who your GO is, and then mail him/her with your problem. GOs will also usually check for problems in the Reports Area.
